Exchanges and Returns
Vintage Dresses Outlet will provide a free exchange or issue a refund for all non-clearance items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of defects. If the item was clearly worn, any accessories or embellishments missing, etc, your return WILL NOT be refunded. Please contact us before returning any item for a return authorization.
For exchanges, you will receive the new item upon receipt of the returned item. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The remaining refund amount will be applied to the method of purchase (i.e., PayPal account, Credit Card, etc.) within 24-hours of receipt of item.
If the item is returned on a credit card after 30 days of purchase, customer must contact us at [email protected] to supply credit card information again. Our system only keeps record of credit card numbers for up to 30 days, after which time, the returner must call to give number again in order to receive refund.
We cannot accept returns on shoes that have been scuffed. Shoes may not have been worn out of doors and must be in original condition. All shoe returns must include the original shoebox, also in the original condition.
Lingerie & Intimate Apparel
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on lingerie and intimate apparel due to hygienic concerns.
How to Send Back Your Return or Exchange
Vintage Dresses Outlet does not pay for shipping fees on returns or exchanges. In order to send a return or exchange, the customer must pay for postage and ship the item with the original invoice. Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size. If item is no longer available, we will contact you to either exchange or cancel order.
